- Check-out time up to 11:00 am
- Pets welcome upon request (Pet fees are applicable to all units)
- Self check-in process available
- Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in. 50% cancellation fee applicable within 3 days of arrival
- Check-in requires a valid ID and credit card. Name must match that on the credit card.
- Cash payments will require a credit card to be ran and placed on file. See Payment Policy.
- Guest must be 18 years or older to place reservation.
- A $20 surcharge will be added to the total for any guest over the allotted limit.
- Guest is liable for damages that occur during the length of stay.
- Desert Sage reserves the right to charge guest a fair amount to cover the loss using the credit card used for the reservation. Please see payment policy.
- Pets allowed upon request. Pet deposit is required.
- All accommodations are smoke-free. Smoking in the tents or wagons will incur a $200 charge.
- Desert Sage policy does not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, nationality, religion, sex, marital status, age, ethnic origin or disability.
- Desert Sage is not liable for damages to guest belongings while on the property.
